My path to chiropractic wasn’t a single decision — it was a journey through several disciplines, each one adding a new layer to how I understand the human body.
I began in nursing, specialising in Neurology and Psychiatry. Later, I completed a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, which deepened my understanding of movement and performance. Eventually, all of these interests converged in chiropractic — the one profession where I could bring everything together: the structure of the body, the nervous system, and the person as a whole.
What drew me to chiropractic, above all, was its philosophy. It lets me work directly with the body while empowering patients to take an active role in their own health. I’ve never been interested in offering temporary relief. My focus has always been long-term wellbeing.
Singapore has been my home for many years. From 2008 to 2022, I established and ran my own chiropractic clinic here, caring for thousands of patients from every imaginable background. Building long-term relationships with patients and their families — watching children grow up, supporting people through different chapters of their lives — has been one of the greatest privileges of my career.
My layered background, spanning nursing, sports science, neurology, psychiatry, and chiropractic, means I naturally look beyond symptoms. I believe genuinely effective healthcare comes from understanding how the physical, neurological, emotional, and lifestyle pieces all fit together.
The most rewarding part of my work is watching someone regain confidence in their body, and return to the things they thought they’d lost. A parent playing with their children again. A professional working comfortably once more. A senior holding onto their independence. Those moments are exactly why I love what I do.
Outside the clinic, I’m a committed lifelong learner. I stay active, explore the latest health and wellness research, and make time for the people who matter most. Personal growth and a healthy lifestyle aren’t just things I recommend — they’re how I live.
What makes me laugh in the clinic The wonderful personalities of my patients, and the unexpected conversations we end up sharing.
How I stay grounded By staying active, never stopping learning, keeping healthy habits, and making time for family and personal reflection.
One habit I’d give every patient Prioritise daily movement. Consistent small actions often create the biggest long-term improvements in your health.
With a special interest in whole-person health, nervous system function, and healthy ageing, I help patients of every stage achieve their best possible function and performance.
Across more than 20 years, these are the people I’ve most loved caring for. If you see yourself here, I’d be honoured to help.
